« We visited Biltmore 3 times before this visit. Each time we asked ourselves if it would be worthwhile staying at Biltmore. This was the 1st time staying on the property and it was worth it. It made our trip so much easier. »

« Our unit was very clean. The unit was well furnished, excellent amenities. Outdoor needs renos. There are stairs, you may need to carry your luggage upstairs. The area is mostly quiet, but... Suites have a communicating door that let the sounds (voices and tv) go through easily. Maintenance starts making noise before 8AM every morning and nobody seems to care; I've talk to people at the desk and the answer I got meant "it is what it is, it won't change, we don't care" »

« We were very pleased with the check in and overall room conditions. Rooms could use some updating. Tile was chipped in several places and toilets were very loose a few cabinets would not stay shut. The room was very clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The down sides were pool heat not working, so no pool available. We were locked out of the room on the second day even though maintenance had been around earlier in that morning to check the door locks. Key card would not work for...

« This was a FANTASTIC property - such a beautiful building and in outstanding shape. What a remodel! I'd stay there again in a heartbeat. »
