'The environment and distance to several "touristic" activities made it a sweet spot. The train leaves Engelberg to Lutern every hour (13:02 / 14:02 etc..) Going up by cablecar to Titlis was awesome (Go early 8 O'clock) to beat the busses filled with tourists (lol). Everything is to an extend automated so you dont see much of the staffmembers. 'Hier een nachtje verbleven voor doorreis naar Italië... Heerlijk ontbijt, goede bedden zeer vriendelijk personeel en alles was schoon en netjes. Op dit moment word er aan de overkant verbouwd, maar totaal geen hinder van gehad. '

'Wir hatten ein sehr günstiges, ein Nachtzimmer. Das Zimmer war klein und leider hatte es am Fenster Gitter. Meine Frau meinte wir seien im Gefängnis. Das Bett war sehr laut wenn man sich nur umdrehte knirschte es und somit hatten wir die Matratze auf den Boden gelegt und konnte gut durchschlafen. Die Nachbarn hörte man leider auch, ich wurde am Morgen wach weil ich diesen schnarchen hörte. Dazu hört man alles vom Gang her. Aber Frühstückstisch war der Hammer. Lieber etwas mehr einplanen dann ist...

The hotel itself is neat and clean, and including sauna and steambad, very nice! The breakfast buffet was up to our standard and the surroundings in the Swiss alps has been as always brilliant.
