« I stayed twice in one week at this nice but functional hotel. Location OK. The rooms are spacious with decor rather plain but neat and tidy. Beds comfortable., Bathroom clean. Food availabe but llimited choice at the restaurant. Helpful Front Office Reception Staff I have to say that the lighting in the room leaves a lot to be desired. I stayed in 3 different rooms and all rooms were lit with fluorescent lighting that were far too bright. No soft lights or lamps by the bedside. Perhaps...

« Staff was unable to understand guest request and statements often. Due to inadequate bathroom in the first assignment, we had to move to another room with better bathroom. At 11 pm, no one was at the reception desk and no response by dialing #9, reception desk extension. Also front door was LOCKED (on 24 Jan)! Actually no hotel staf was located anywhere. Very dangerous practice. »

« This is a 3 star hotel located about 1.5 miles from the Mahabodhi temple and the Bodhi tree. (When I booked it, the map showed it being very close, but it isn't.) It mostly caters to an Asian audience (Indian, Thai, Tibetan). The restaurant is excellent, as are its prices. (I would order a la carte instead of doing buffets). The room is a bit old and quite small. The bathroom was very nice. The staff is for the most part very friendly and helpful. »

« Brand new hotel. AC is great. Shower slippery and danger of falling. Room in the small side, but other than that great. Most of the staff is very young and don’t have much experience. Food was quite good. »
