« Checked in late night, Air-conditioner was not working took an hour to make it running, during check in I informed door knob was broken. They came and looked at but didn't fix or give us different room. During using the washroom, I noticed that there was a water leak from the tube. Called receptionist and complained. A plumber came middle of the night tried more than an hour. They didn't offer another room. I tried to sleep last part of the night but couldn't due to smelly blanket and pillow....

« When I arrived to Dhaka, this hotel was shut down. I then had to spend days on the phone with Expedia trying to get my money back for a week-long stay. Not how you want to arrive to a city like Dhaka at night. What a nightmare. »

« Hotel is not bad for the price. Did not get a chance to try out the food but is located near Banani Road 11, which has KFC, Nando's, Burger King and Pizza Hut and also others. Staff are helpful. Room was clean. Could've done with a mini safe inside the room »
