'We enjoyed staying here, close, convenient to everything, good value for the price. I only rated it 4 stars as the room I reserved, and payed a higher rate for the ocean view, indicated "Partial Ocean View" with balcony. You are not able to see the ocean due to the buildings and trees across the street in front of SummerPlace, blocking the ocean view. Otherwise, nice facility and we will definitely stay again.'

'The property is in a great location. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. There is easy access to the beach. The gym is small but clean. It has a cute little gift shop where you can find snacks. Our room in particular was a little dated but very clean. Our porch had very cheap tiles laid down that were a little sketchy. Unfortunately the property was under renovation while we were here which we were not aware of until after booking. We did deal with some noice from that and seeing...
