'Service, location, friendly accommodating staff made us feel like home. Kanchanjungha views from hotel view point.. outside some rooms, dining hall, outside reception.. everywhere. Gave some suggestions and feed back to the general manager who was very appreciative of the constructive feed back. Passion of the staff to serve customers is unparalleled and trickles down from the leadership of Debarya, who seems to talk about the resort like it's his baby. 'This hotel does not have bad amenities but a terribly reluctant management. Basically, the answer was 'no, sorry we cannot' to every request. We even had to insist and fight to have laundered sheets put on our beds as the bed we were given had unwashed, stained sheets. It did have a nice rooftop deck with a wonderful mountain view. Also the lobby was quite nice even if extremely cold; we asked that the fireplaces be turned on, to which they said 'no' so we could not really hang out there. I...

'My trip was very satisfactory except i had some problems with my stay at MAIN OLDE BELLEVUE HERITAGE HOTEL where I checked into with my family.I booked two deluxe rooms but the rooms were not as impressive and cozy as it seemed on your website.Number of staff members were very less in number so it takes more time for the staff members to execute our orders.Moreover not much security system is there my younger son's watch was stolen from our room and the hotel manager John was very reluctant...

'Room was large and comfortable. Only drawback was the number of flights of stairs necessary to get to it. Hotel was very convenient to get to the Mall and it was on a road that transport could drive up to the front door which is often not the case with other hotels in Darjeeling.'
