« Good place to stay but very nosisy with the moterbike tfaffic all day. Started to quiet down around 1030 pm. Staff was awsome and helpful. Breakfast was good and plenty of choice. On the day of the breakfast buffet id suggest they keep the food hot. I had them microwave my plate. Pool was cool and cery nice for a dip and views off the pool dect were great. »

« Very good condo, well furnished, great communication with the owner. He will Personally pick you up at the airport and go To the condo to explain you the rules and facilities. A scooter is also available for free. The condo is amazing and modern and great view from the 14th floor. However the pool and facilities are old. « Well arrived and was asked the next morning for a deposit.. wish i had time to check condo before handing over.. no cutlery to eat greasy plate washing machine not working.. 3 days to get cutlery, took over a week to replace washing machine with another faulty one. I had bad tummy problems and needed the washing machine but could only use it once as the door would not open. Due to feeling unwell I needed the washer. But I was so fed up keep asking I left it. « Ppl are pushy on tours (commission) . Kicked us out of the room we were in because they forgot someone rented our room out for the whole year. Which was fine because they upgraded our room. Then when it came time to check out. They wanted to pay my fiancé back my security deposit on Gcash. Instead of giving me back my security deposit. Ultimately I got back but I had to put up a fight to get my deposit back... could have been a way better experience... »

« There was a majot problem with the air conditioner unit and the owner of the unit tried to make it persay, seem that it was getting fixed but it was just not working after 3 days attemtping to make it happen so i checked out early and paid only amount of my usage and the owner didnt even offer any discount or c9nsideration for the broken a/c unit that made the room super hot. Horrible but instayed at the Sébastien Hotel in Mactan and it was similar price and nice and cool and very secure feeling...

« The unit itself has great facilities and situated in a very convenient location. The owner/caretaker is also nice. What I just don't like is they put platic sheets right under the thin bedcover...very uncomfortable. The plastic sheet is also torn into half so it moves, i couldn't sleep and their blankets are thin so you have to turn off the ac so you wont feel cold..the room slippers provided are also dirty and stinky.
