This recently decorated five-bedroom house is the ultimate rural retreat, situated roughly 15 to 20 minutes from Snowplanet, Orewa Surf Beach, and Red Beach. There is plenty of entertainment at the property, with a large swimming pool, an expansive deck to bake in the sun, an outdoor entertainment area for socialising, and a massive backyard circled by lush greenery. Your country estate awaits you and your family or friends!

The space
This peaceful oasis is located in the heart of Dairy Flat. It is also the centre of Auckland's North West Wine Country that the Dalmatian Settlers established in the 19th century. While it's not as densely populated as the central Auckland city, there are still plenty of things to see and do in and around the area.

The first bedroom in the house features an abundance of room with an ensuite bathroom, king-sized bed, cosy armchair, plenty of storage options, and a deck that is hit with sunshine. The ground floor bedroom is a lux space with plenty of room and all the creature comforts you need for a good night's sleep. Large doors offer plenty of light and ease of access to the outdoor deck and entertainment area. New parent? The third bedroom features a double bed and a crib for the little ones. Bedroom four has a smaller bed and large windows looking out to a bounty of nature. In the final bedroom, you will find single bunk beds - perfect for the kids.

Out on the patio, enjoy a morning coffee and hearty breakfast, or perhaps an evening wine with friends or family. A cosy hanging chair near the pool provides the perfect location to unwind with a book or to supervise any children playing in the pool. The pool itself is fully fenced, making the property secure for young children. You won't be short of car parking spaces here, with a large garage and plenty of room on the driveway for multiple vehicles.

✧ You are close to the great beaches, such as Orewa and the Whangaparoa Peninsular. You can swim, surf, paddle, walk or picnic here. This retreat provides you with an authentic beachside holiday, Kiwi style.

✧ At the tip of the Whangaparoa Peninsula is the Shakespeare Regional Park which has two beautiful sandy beaches. Both are perfect for families and large groups. There are plenty of picnic tables, shaded trees, and BBQs for hire. There is also a large farm park where you can go rambling and tramping.

✧ Get the ferry to Tiritiri Matangi Island which is a few kilometers off the tip of Whangaparoa. It is one of the Department of Conservation's flagship island (ark) sanctuaries. New Zealand's rarest birds, reptiles, and plants can be found here. You can see kiwi, tui, saddlebacks, and maybe some to kokako. You may also be graced by a friendly Takahe. Take the ferry from downtown Auckland or Sandspit near Leigh.

Longer Stays:
Stays longer than 14 days require a guest paid refresh clean & linen change on the 14th day and every subsequent 14 days.

Check-In and Check-Out:

- Guests to provide expected check-in time - will we do our best to cater to early check-in requests.
Guests to provide expected check-out time(latests being 10am) and acknowledge the property will be scheduled for cleaning just after the time they have provided(late check-outs will incur a cleaner turn away charge or a full day rental).
Guest must view check-in guide prior to arrival to familiarise themselves with the check-in process.
Keys must not be collected prior to agreed check-in time and lockboxes(if any) must be left closed and locked.
Bags or cars must not be stored at the property prior to check-in or after checkout without approval.
Carpark(if applicable) can only be used from check-in time and must be removed at check-out time.

During Your Stay:

Please be considerate of the other residents living in the building by being courteous and keeping the noise down after 10 pm.
Please report any breakages or damage sustained to the apartment during your stay as it allows us to repair/replace it in time for the next guests.
Guest to comply with all rules in messages, check-in guides, house manuals or as posted in any building.
Lockouts: These will incur call-out/building management/security or locksmith charges.
Lost Property: We will do our best to find and return any reported lost item. All cost involved with retuning lost items including time taken is chargeable.
