« Back to nature with all the comforts of home. Stunning property delightful home. I would move here in a heart beat and be happy for the rest of my life. Perfect retreat. I am 75, i wanted to spend some time in the deep forest but have some limiting mobility factors. This property had the right mix of tall trees, water, and shektered places to sit and enjoy nature with only a short walk. Beautiful home, many large windows so even when I was inside i could enjoy the outside . Absolutly heaven on...

« Great location !!! A few negatives, first when we arrived there was not any toilet paper in the unit. Second there was trash outside the property and lastly the deck and deck furniture needs to be either repaired or updated. Inside was sufficiently clean. The view is spectacular and the hot tub was great. »

« It was a great time but the garbage was full when we got there. The check in process was a little tricky because they’ve changed management and I was expecting to be able to go to the office to get the keys. »

« The cabin was cozy, we loved the tv room with the fireplace heater. The bathroom was quite small and there was nothing private about the hot tub. We could see in the windows of neighbors which meant they can see us as well. We will stay at the resort again just not that cabin. »

« This was a perfect place for myself, my husband, mother-in-law and 2 boys! The location was great, secluded off a side street, so the only noise we heard was the amazing sound of the waves! Beach access was great, my oldest son and I used the stairs a few times! »

« Our small family just had an amazing stay here. The gorgeous crystal clear Smith River is visible/walkable from the back porch, and this is a *perfect* home base location to see the Redwoods in the prime JS area. Joe the host was super friendly and let us use his canoe on the beautiful river, we had a little campfire out back and he has an active orchard/garden going on. Joe pressed some apples and gave us a jug of apple juice that was unforgettable! They also had a Golden Retriever dog Nellie...
