« Very nice place, but some flaws in the details of things. The pull out couch was broken and unable to be used. The bathroom door rubs on the floor and does not latch. The table chairs are too high, not allowing you to sit comfortably at the table. This was nothing we let ruin our weekend, but definitely noticeable. »

« I traveled with my family (husband, two kids and the grand parents). Overall the property was very nice and clean. 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms so lots of space. Bathrooms are different. 4 rooms side by side, toilets in a separate room as the showers. There are pros and cons to this place. -First off it is a shared property. « Start with the not positive, the house is located in a valley so winter weather made the roads not so great. The freezer could have been cleaner and lack of local stations made following weather and watching football games tough. The internet is not great.... Other than that, our stay was absolutely amazing! The house was perfect for our needs, warm, loved being on the river, and comfy couches. The little touches took it over the top. « My family and I traveled to Webster Springs for Christmas. My husband and I grew up in this area. The house is located about 2-3 miles from my parents, so the overall location was wonderful. The house is spacious, has the amenities that you would anticipate, plus it had quite a few things that were unexpected . Kara was wonderful to answer questions prior to the trip and the entire time we were there. We will definitely return! »

« If you want to get away from the world and have your own land with your own lake this is your place. The scenery and location of this house is EXACTLY what we needed. The small local town near by couldn't have been more welcoming and kind. The owner of the VRBO went above and beyond for us and made us feel totally at home. I would go back there today if I could. »

This was a very hot week so my only suggestion is to install window AC units in the upstairs bedrooms because it was very difficult to sleep at night with the only AC unit upstairs being in the upstairs bathroom. »

« It was great. As motorcycle riding friends, the location was in close proximately to incredible riding every day. The home was incredibly clean and communication with the property manager was outstanding. Would definitely stay there again. »
