We thoroughly enjoyed your condo for our first visit to Nevis. Plenty of space with comfortable beds. Maid service was very attentive and pickleball court and spa were nice to have on the property. Yachtsman Grille was our choice for many of our meals. Strongly recommended!

We have stayed in an adjacent villa at Hamilton prior. This unit is very similar. Well equipped and the onsite management is very responsive. We had a few minor issues that were taken care of promptly. Love the location and would stay again.

We were so happy with our choice to stay at this property, part of Hamilton Estates. The pictures online don’t do the condo justice. The main living space was much larger than I anticipated. We were very comfortable. The beds are comfortable and the villa was so quiet. I never heard another person while staying. Great location, walk to the beach and Yachtsman Grill. Would stay here again.

A wonderful relaxing holiday in the beautiful apartment at the Hamilton Beach. The resort was beautiful and all the staff so friendly and helpful. The apartment was fully furnished with a great kitchen, amazing fridge/freezer and washing and drying facilities which meant all our clothes were clean to take home. Would recommend this apartment without a doubt.

We loved our time at this place!
A great spot to relax and unwind. The unit was very nice and comfortable and it was very close to the beach and there was a nice pool literally steps outside the door. The on-site restaurant is great and the steak and Gorgonzola pizza is excellent. The beach is very nice and long. Communication was excellent and we would stay here again.

Overall this property was good. The linen like towels, sheets etc could do with replacing, but have heard some have been replaced since we left. We did have an issue with cleanliness, but spoke to property manager and that was sorted very quickly and efficiently. We appreciated her swift response.

Beautiful condo! Perfect location, literally a few steps from the beach!!! This is perfect for families or couples. Beautiful views of St. Kitts while relaxing in the sun or in the ocean. Great location on the island, just minutes away from grocery stores, restaurants and sites. The condo is beautiful with all the comforts of home. Modern kitchen, washer/dryer etc. Clean condo. Amelia the property manager picked us up from the ferry and got us settled in. She was a terrific resource for anything we needed. We will definitely be back. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home on the beach :)

Perfect place to stay on Nevis
We spent a week at this property on Nevis. The condo was spacious and in an ideal location. Just a short walk and you are on a quiet, beautiful stretch of beach. Always plenty of chairs and umbrellas. The check in process with Amelia was seamless. She arranged for our rental car, and pick us up in it. So we were set to go immediately. Sue, the owner, responded quickly to any questions. The on-site restaurant, Yachtsman Grill, was not only very convenient, but served good food as well. The complex has a small, but very well equipped and clean workout area. Highly recommend this unit to anyone visiting Nevis. Definitely would recommend renting a car..

Great Place
We visited Nevis for our honeymoon and were very pleased with the rental. Everything was set up for us to get to the island via cab and water taxi which made life much easier. It was our first time out of the country, so this was a relief. The Hamilton villas are a great location with a great beach and the Yachtsman Grill has fantastic staff and food. I would absolutely recommend to a friend!

My sister, brother-in-law, husband and I had a wonderful, relaxing stay at your condo. We found everything as advertised in your well appointed condo. Everyone we had dealings with at The Hamilton was friendly and accommodating. The resort owner even had security, flashlight in hand, find us on the beach when we walked back after dark from having dinner at a restaurant further along the beach. If we ever get back to Nevis we would definitely consider staying here again

Fantastic accommodations for this family
Wow, I don’t know where to start—everything was great from booking to departure. My husband said —this was even better than I thought it was going to be. High praise from him. The condo was well appointed as other reviews noted, high end appliances, nicely decorated, and had really comfortable beds (very important feature, in my book). The on site restaurant had great food, the live music on Sundays could be heard easily from our patio while our kids slept inside —best eve ever; beach was less than 100 steps from our sliding door and pool was great for our kids. For US travelers, plug-ins were us 110 so no adapters needed; wi fi was better than expected for kids streaming and adults working remotely; exercise area was limited but better than some hotels I’ve been at and worked great for me on days I didn’t run outdoors. Amelia, the property manager helped with travel arrangements from airport to property and checked on us—very helpful. Vibe was quiet and relaxed—many times, we were one of few at beach and at pool. Beach was fantastic, amazing views and great location for the property. Reminiscing now and smiling :). Highly recommend for couples or families with kids who want a quiet scene to reconnect.

High quality accommodation and a beautiful location
We had a very pleasant week staying in Susan's condo. We had searched long and hard for accommodation close to or on the beach with good facilities and having identified this condo as being right for our party, we were not disappointed. The location is very handy being just a few steps from the beach, and a short drive to other attractions on the island. The beach is well kept with plenty of loungers and never a problem finding plenty of free ones. The pool area has a few sun beds, but with the ocean that close we always went down to the beach when we wanted to relax. It's also easy to swim off the beach, and was very calm when we were there, so ideal safe bathing for children (and you get some beautiful sunsets!). The condo itself was very well appointed and a distinct step up from a condo we had stayed in the previous week in St Kitts. It's obviously quite new, with efficient and quiet central air conditioning, comfortable beds, plenty of kitchen equipment, a safe etc etc. The condo is centrally placed on the development, but was always nice and quiet, especially at night.The Hamilton development itself is well kept, with evidence of plenty of staff around at all times, plus night time security, although I doubt we would have needed it. There is a good restaurant on site, right on the beach, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, and drinks throughout the day. We couldn't honestly think of anything more that could have been provided. Susan was helpful answering questions before we arrived, and her agent Amelia helped with transport, and car hire when we arrived. There is plenty of useful information in the condo re things to do, restaurants, shopping etc. Nevis is a lovely little island, but unless you want to spend a lot of money on somewhere like the Four Seasons or a plantation hotel you might find it difficult to get the same quality in a private rental. In our opinion, The Hamilton and this condo were top notch, and we would definitely return here if we came back to Nevis.
