Large holiday home for up to 15 holidaymakers with 5 bedrooms and 1 dormitory in a large 3000 m² garden with heated swimming pool and relaxation area by the river "Cassole".

On the garden level, the terraces lead onto a large modern kitchen, fully equipped, 30 m² open onto a very large living room with mezzanine (air-conditioned). This level also includes 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom and a suite with bath, shower and dressing room. The upstairs, air-conditioned, has 2 double bedrooms, a dormitory and a relaxation and games room.

Le Mas de la Rivière is located 3 km from the village of Cotignac, facing the forest and the river.

So that your holidays in Cotignac, between the sea and Verdon are a moment of perfect relaxation, we offer you a delivery of discreet and efficient breakfasts to enjoy your mornings, house and pool maintenance service , as well as all household and bath linen.

The house is equipped for your comfort and relaxation indoors (wifi, 2 cable TVs, game console, hi-fi) and outdoors (swimming pool and summer kitchen). It is also located in the center of Provence Verte, 1 hour by car from the most interesting spots in the region (Nice and its old town, the beaches of Saint-Aygulf, Hyères or Bandol, The lakes and gorges of Verdon, Aix, Marseille, Cannes evenings or St Tropez evenings ...) and near the most beautiful Provencal villages, Cotignac of course but also Toutour, Entrecasteaux, Sillans la Cascade ...

The house has ample parking and a shelter for motorbikes.

Supervakantievilla in de Provence
Zeer goed uitgeruste woning, met zwembad, grote tuin, op 3 km van het mooie, levendige Cotignac. Wij verbleven er voor de derde keer. Eigenaars Thi en Stéphane zijn zeer attent, dichtbij en toch discreet.

Wonderful Holiday
Cotignac is picturesque. The area has so many activities. There are many other villages with market days and good vineyards to visit near by. The villa has everything needed for a fun holiday, adults and children alike. The pool is very good and there is foosball , pool table, table tennis and boules. The hosts Thi and Stephane were more than helpful even dropping off some pancakes and waffles.

La maison a été parfaite pour héberger les 13 participants à ces retrouvailles familiales, il ne nous a manqué aucun ustensile de cuisine et les jeux mis à disposition (billard, baby-foot et pétanque) sont un vrai plus. Le village à proximité immédiate est magnifique.

Very nice, fully equipped villa with pool. Great host! We stayed 13 persons for a week and enjoyed it a lot. Lot of activities on the premise like boule, pingpong and fussball kept both adults and kids busy. Recommended!

Ce fut un week end génial comme il y a 5 ans. Propriétaires très attentionnés, délicates attentions avec la brioche des rois papillotes bouteille de vin à notre arrivée. Little slice of Provençal heaven!
Fantastic stay and amazing hosts! Thi and Stephane went out of their way to accommodate our needs, particularly for my wheelchair using sister. The ease with which she could get around the property and use the accessible bathroom was a refreshing change. Besides that the property itself has everything you could need including a multitude of activities to keep everyone entertained (swimming pool, pool table, ping pong, boules, fussball, Xbox etc) although the pool was the main event. Slightly too far out from town to walk in 30+ degree heat but has a Spar within 10 mins walk for essentials and plenty of larger supermarket options within easy drive. Outdoor kitchen with extra fridge was a great bonus. Lovely sitting area for the balmy evenings but make sure you take bug spray… For any wheelchair users, you do need an extendable ramp to get into the front door currently but we found a set that worked ok. Cotignac itself is a lovely small old town with plenty of eating options and a great place to watch the world go by under the shaded areas. Definitely on our return list!

Séjour avec plusieurs familles
Nous étions 3 familles avec 8 enfants dont le plus grand a 6 ans. Les enfants on parfaitement profité de la piscine, du trampoline et de la salle de jeu avec plein de jeux. La salle climatisée était bien utile pour les heures chaudes de la journée! Et comme les enfants étaient bien occupés, le parents ont pu parfaitement profité du séjour également. La ville de Cotignac est très belle. Mais nous avons passé le plus claire de notre temps à la maison car elle est vraiment parfaitement adaptée à un séjour multi-familles. Thi et Stéphane sont très attentionnés et très discret à la fois. Merci à eux pour ce beau séjour!

Super séjour dans un havre de paix - maison exceptionelle et propriétaires adorables et disponibles!
Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines dans ce magnifique mas provençale qui est encore mieux en vrai que sur les photos. Tout y était et parfaitement équipé avec des matériaux qualitatifs. Thi et Stéphane sont des propriétaires adorables et très disponible pour tout conseils. La propreté dans la maison ainsi qu’à l’extérieur est irréprochable et la literie est très bonne. Nous étions tristes de devoir quitter les lieux après 2 semaines. Un grand merci à Thi et Stéphane et à l’année prochaine certainement.

Un week end inoubliable
Tout était parfait! Une grande villa adaptée à un week-end en famille. Nous y avons fêté Noël avec nos parents et 4 frère et sœurs et leurs enfants. L'immense cuisine est parfaite pour cuisiner pour tant de monde et y prendre les petits déjeuners (électroménager moderne et meubles neufs). La salle à vivre est immense et la mezzanine avec billard et baby foot génial pour être ensemble sans se marcher dessus (et comme il a plu tout le we ça valait mieux!). Parlons de l'accueil : Thi est très sympathique, disponible et aux petits soins pour ses clients (je dirais même convives). Des attentions très agréables: vin, boissons fraîches, confiture, nutella, café et j'en passe! La literie: très confortable et les draps super doux j'ai adoré! (je vais acheter les même!) La propreté: RAS tout était nickel Bon j'arrête là: vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés! Merci à nos hôtes et à bientôt certainement .

Stephane et Thi sont des propriétaires exceptionnels, le logement était d’une propreté à tout épreuve et ce sont montrés disponibles tout au long du séjour afin de répondre à toutes nos attentes. Habitués des locations de villa, il nous faut saluer les propriétaires de cette maison. Nous y étions entre adultes 11 quinquagénaires. Cette maison est spacieuse, très propre, très bien équipée, harmonieuse (serviettes, draps non dépareillés). De plus, elle super fonctionnelle, salle de jeux (baby,billard, jeux de boules). Avec ses deux frigos, sa machine à glaçons etc ,elle est parfaitement adaptée pour un groupe. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et réactif. Cerise sur le gâteau le village de Cotignac est incroyablement beau avec tous ses petits commerces et ses restaurants. On reviendra!!!
