« Enjoyed our short stay at the property, the only little niggle was the noise from the boiler every now and again throughout the night and during the day - it sounded like fireworks were exploding in the distance each time the boiler heated up. Otherwise everything was fine. Thanks »

« We got put into a different property than the one in the pictures however it was a lovely spacious place to stay. It had a balcony with a roof so we could sit out even in the rain. It had an inflatable hot tub which was different to the one in the pictures as the one in the pictures was a normal hot tub however this wasn’t an issue. « The location and area are absolutely stunning. On arrival however there was no water or electricity, this was sorted quickly though. The cabin could have been cleaner and for colder nights could benefit from more heating. As above though the scenery and views are incredible. »

« We had a really fantastic night at the Shepherds Hut! Its a truly stunning setting and very well appointed little hut, the gas fire is great and the underfloor heating gives some real comfort! A few improvements in regards to communication, location details and a welcome book with instructions for the fire, local information etc would really raise this to the PERFECT destination! « We booked this stay as we had a nearby excursion and the location was perfectly situated. We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived, a hamper was left with bread, milk, butter ect. It was very thoughtful and was accompanied by a very information letter highlighting places worth visiting ect, all of which contributed to creating this weekend away as special as it was. The place itself is lovely, equipped with all you need & is great value for money. »

« We stayed at Siabot huts for a couple of nights over the bank holiday weekend. We had the three huts (two adults and two families) and Mena set them up so that one of them was for sleeping in and one as a living room, which worked out perfectly. « My daughter and I stayed in the Orme lodge, it was lovely. Nice and warm, squirrels outside the windows. Hot tub is just a hot tub - not one with bubbles! so don't look for a button to press lol Very peaceful. If you go with kids (i went with teenager) then maybe take a laptop to watch netflix etc on. wifi connection great. Don't wear sliders on your feet when trying to do the fire or else you will slip on the mud which is hilarious to a teenager btw. Hot tub takes about 4 hours to...
