The property is a modern 2-bedroom condo located in a beautiful suburban neighborhood in Conyers. The condo has high-speed internet, newly remodeled bathrooms, and new hardwood floors. Guests can expect a comfortable and luxurious stay whether it's a short or long-term rental.

Unlivable vrbo

I was offered a unit other than the unit I agreed to rent, after paying my money, the host and management were not on the same page, when my husband and I asked for a refund to find some where else, we were left out in the cold on Christmas Eve for almost 3 hours with the management team arguing back and forth with us , and saying we have to wait because they are dealing with other check in’s,We were very disappointed and dissatisfied. We would not recommend this property as a Vrbo.

Okay stay for price

Property itself was nice, the neighbors dogs were absolutely terrible and barked nonstop. The cleanliness of the couch and living room furniture were pretty bad, lots of stains, needed to ask host for extra blankets which they provided quickly. Also, there weren’t many basic amenities provided like salt, pepper, scissors, tissues, dish towels, paper & pen, etc. just random little things you may need while on vacation or away from home that most vacation rentals have. These little beetle type of bugs kept getting in somehow and we needed up killing 15+ of them in 3 days. Probably since right next to the woods. Lovely park across the street. Upstairs bedroom is huge and it would be wonderful if they put another bed or maybe a pull out couch so you can fit more adults like the listing stated up to 4 adults but there’s only 2 beds.

Not the best experience

First, we use VRBO and others often, and this is the first time we have been disappointed. When we arrived, we first noticed that the unit had not been cleaned very well. The beds were freshly made, but there was dirt on the floor. We also noted no top sheet on the bed upstairs and only one washcloth and towel for each person for three nights. The downstairs bath still had hair in the tub, and the sink did not work. We did end up packing up a day early. The last straw was when the host sent a message to say their cleaner found animal hair and asked if we brought a pet. We do not have pets that travel, so I am not sure where this came from unless it was from a previous renter. The house is pet friendly, and I did not see or smell that an animal had been there.

Mini Family reunion

I was looking for something local and home-like when I planned my trip to see my mom in Conyers, GA. This apartment was perfect! Full size kitchen, two full size bathrooms, extremely comfortable beds, and the neighborhood was very nice and welcoming. I appreciate the communication with our host Sarah and I will plan on seeing her availability next time I come visit! I highly recommend! (Thank you for welcoming us!)
