« The lodge is well laid out and of a striking design making the most of the natural surroundings. The outdoor setting is perfect for relaxing and dining and the bedrooms very comfortable. Very convenient having 2 bathrooms and the bath with a view was very relaxing. The host could not be more helpful and our stay, despite torrential rain, was very enjoyable. Hope to return in better weather. »

« It was a lovely, clean and private cabin with a new aircon. It's conveniently located. The only problem was that the place had a lot of kind of weird medium sized cockroaches. We killed about 6 adults and about 20 tiny ones. I wouldn't stay again unless this issue is dealt with. I meant to mention it at the end of the trip but forgot. »

« All the family came 96 years to 4 months old and we all had a great time. All the activities were well used and appreciated. The weather was perfect and the views were awesome. The location was wonderful for shopping and plenty of great cafe's in the area. The Retreat exceeded our expectations. Well done Brigid. »
