'Naast de drie hogergenoemde punten, springen in het oog: uitgebreid en heel persoonlijk ontvangst van de huiseigenaar, mogelijkheid hem tijdens verblijf hulp te vragen (woont vlakbij, maar niet nodig gehad), ruime parkeerplaats. Bakker en Casino (=grootwarenhuis) op 4 minuten wandelafstand. Strand (900 m) en Oud-Antibes (ruim 20 minuten wandelen) redelijk dichtbij, in praktijk toch meestal de auto genomen.'
