'This place is beautiful!! The views are incredible and the yard is huge with lots of room to play games and sit around the fire pit at night. The houses have everything you need. Just bring food and beverages! There are hay fields surrounding the property and we were able to watch the hay get cut, fluffed and then rolled. It was fascinating to watch. Hot tub was perfect! Amos is a great host and we will most definitely come back again!!'

'We had a wedding about 10 minutes from the property and it was perfect for us and our college kids to meet up. Spacious and a wonderful, quiet location for us to relax before the wedding. Plenty of space for us all to get ready and sleep comfortably. The back deck was great for us to have a few cocktails and enjoy to beautiful weather. Our stay here made our time together relaxing and enjoyable.'

'We absolutely loved staying here. The owners were very friendly and hospitable. Let us observe the milking and see all the animals. The unit is on the second floor up narrow stairs which was fine for us. The second bedroom is off the kitchen with no door. Only mentioning in case someone expects otherwise. It isn’t fancy, but the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We were completely charmed with everything there. Loved drinking our morning coffee while watching...

'Everything about this house was above and beyond. We stayed with multiple families and everyone felt that they had their own space. The homeowners did a wonderful job thoughtfully planning this home to accommodate a large group. I spoke with Sheri several times and met her the day of check in. The home is so well taken care of! The photos listed are exact, you will get exactly what you are paying for, the house is gorgeous. If I go back again to the area I would absolutely stay in this house....

'This house was amazing! It has such a great touch of old and new. The property was perfect four our group. We were all able to have our own space, but was amazing to be able to hang together. The fire pit, the grill, the amazing hill was everything we wanted and more. Highly recommend staying here while watching the games in Dreams Park.'

'I cannot recommend this place enough. Clean, spacious, well stocked and quiet...you cant ask for much more. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean with good water pressure. Not too far from Cooperstown but far enough that you didnt have to deal with the crowds. If you're coming for All-Stars or Dreams Park, or just to visit the HOF, this would be a great place to stay. And the title of the review is exactly what my son said when we brought him there from the baseball tournament, I guess...

'We enjoyed the property. It was quite clean and we appreciated the extras like coffee and toiletries. We also used the camp chairs and the grill. The only recommendation I would make is that you let people know in advance how rural the area is and that they may not have cell phone reception. I had not saved the check in instructions and had a bit of a challenge to get the code to access the house. otherwise the stay was fantastic. Clean and perfect for what we needed. '
