'Stayed in a twin room with sea view. Most desirable location where you can watch and listen to the ocean even lying in bed. Food and the drinks were excellent, staff are professional,warm, polite and helpful. Rooms are clean. Windows are openable for fresh air. 'Kamer was prima , het ontbijt ook uitstekend. Maar dineren daar is echt niet aan te raden . Het eten is supersimpel , veel aardappel , weinig vlees , groenten te veel doorgekookt , kortom totaal niet lekker voor de Nederlandse gasten . '

'Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Go to Llandudno a couple of times a year and our first time in this hotel. I can honestly say that it made our break better this time. The service and the staff were brilliant. Every staff member couldn’t do enough for you and were really friendly and welcoming. 'Hotel in a lovely, quiet, rural location. Deceptive from the outside as it doesn’t carry the OYO branding, nor does it look refurbished. But, inside it is newly decorated and comfortable. Rooms can with a coffee machine, costs pods and biscuits. Breakfast looked ok, be we didn’t partake. We stayed in room 9. The only downside was the drains smell coming from the shower. '

'On arrival into Llandudno (approx 1pm) it was a lovely day and as schools in the area are still on Easter holidays street parking in the town centre was impossible to attain. In desperation after cut long town several times I accessed the hotel to enquire if it was possible to utilise the hotel car park. The receptionist was very helpful. 'Personeel in restaurant niet professioneel. Receptie uitmuntend.'

'Kamer boven de bar. Elke avond luide muziek , die al om 17.00 uur begon .Er zat geen mens in de bar, alleen het personeel! Gasten kwamen om te eten pas 20.00 of later. Maar dat was alleen in het weekend. De andere dagen hebben wij alleen gedineerd of er was nog een ander stel. Op de vraag of de muziek wat zachter kon , deden ze dat wel, maar minimaal resultaat!Verder weinig parking plaats. hebben de auto laten staan alle dagen en met locaal vervoer uitstapjes gemaakt om risico van niet te kunnen...

'Goed: • propere, ruime kamer en badkamer • parkeren aan de lodge zelf • vriendelijk personeel aan de receptie Minder goed: • je hoort de voetstappen van de buren te goed. Het zijn echt bonken die je hoort • de bar: alleen het eten wordt opgediend, de rest moet je zelf doen (menukaart halen, gaan bestellen,...)'
