Sip a glass of your favorite Chelan wine or a traditional pastis with friends and family while playing a game of pétanque on the private pétanque court or watch the stars from the hot tub with a nearby firepit into the night. This house has it all, for all ages!

This luxurious home has an open concept main floor on the top level of the home with 18-foot vaulted ceilings. There is a large, farmhouse-style dining table that will accommodate 10 people, as well as seating for 3 at the kitchen island. The kitchen is well-appointed and includes a wine fridge, gas range and a Nespresso machine with complimentary starter coffee pods. A highchair is available for guest use.

The wrap-around porch overlooking the Lower Vineyard Pool with heating lamps, and a 2-sided fireplace allows you to make the most of indoor/outdoor living, with a large comfortable sectional sofa, gas grill, and large dining table.

The first primary bedroom with a king bed and large en-suite bath is on the main level of the home. The lower level includes a second primary suite with a king bed and en-suite bathroom, making this home ideal for multiple families. The lower level also includes a charming third bedroom with a queen bed and a bunk room with an X-box 360 and television.

There is also plenty to do outside of the home year-round. The home includes a hot tub and an outdoor fire pit with Adirondack chairs, perfect for enjoying cool evenings. There is a private mini-petanque court (French form of bocce) on the property, a ping-pong table in the garage, numerous board games, and even Giant Jenga. The house is steps from the Lower Vineyard Pool which is open year-round. Enjoy a glass of wine from the balcony while watching your family in the pool! It is steps away from the shuttle to the marina and beach, as well as the Lower Vineyard Park. It is just a brief walk from the Upper Vineyard Pool and pickleball courts.
