« This was our second visit to Villa Alaties and it was as good as the first. The villa is all you could want - clean, comfortable beds and sitting area, well equipped kitchen and large tables for both indoor and outdoor eating. « This had to have been my favourite holiday to date. The property itself is beautifully styled, excellently maintained and superbly located. « Superbe maison parfaitement aménagée et au calme au sud de Céphalonie. Nous avons passé un agréable moment dans ce lieu, l’hôte est très sympathique et donne des conseils pour les différentes visites à faire. Petite plage à moins de 10min (avec douche!) ou l’on peut prendre un petit bain dès le matin pour lancer la journée. Je recommande les yeux fermés! »

« New property very close to the water where you could swim. Very welcoming owners who have created a very comfortable relaxing villa. It was very quiet and peaceful with wonderful views. « Having just spent a week at the villa, I cannot give the property and owner enough praise. This was a trip for my 40th Birthday and it was perfect. Labros arrived with a cake on my birthday and delivered us home made pastry’s which were his mothers recipe. The villa is amazing, spacious, beautiful and with everything you could need. The outdoor grill area and pool are particularly good for entertaining. The local area has amazing beaches, and a good selection of quality restaurants. Labros...

« Die Vermieter haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen.Das Haus liegt sehr zentral an einer Straße, die leider von vielen LKWs und Bussen befahren wird. Es ist dadurch leider ziemlich laut. Dafür ist die Nähe zu den Restaurants und Geschäften hervorragend. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und die Ausstattung des Hauses gut. Ein großer Vorteil ist der Autostellplatz am Haus. »

Property was great size and layout for our group, and could have fit 2 more people comfortably. Everything looked like the pictures and description, very accurate, and actually was even better in person. « We’ve always wanted to stay in Aqua apartments on our last 4 visits to Assos. September 2017 we finally had a chance to rent Pefko. It was a great stay and we genuinely felt at home. The apartment is clean, well furnished and in a perfect location. The cleaning lady, Sultana, is super gentle and helped us with a last minute request for an extra crib for one of our babies. Pefko is perfect for a family of four - we have twins. We also managed to have the grandparents staying for a short visit....
