« The hotel is very noisy Inside and out. You can hear the traffic, but also the elevator and the neighbors. No accessories in the bathroom: no cream, no cotton, etc. No usb c No bathrobe or slippers for the pool. Too bad for the price »

« The hotel, itself, is excellent. We've stayed there before. It's our go-to place in Chattanooga. Unfortunately, our stay was cut short by a fall my wife took while walking to dinner. We spent the first night in the ER, and left the next afternoon. So it wasn't a great stay, but certainly not the fault of the hotel. »

« This was a really cool hotel. We stayed here on Valentine’s Day because we went to a show in the Walker theater and it was close by. I love the retro design. We had the tiki suite and it had a sitting area with a fireplace and it was so nice to sit by the fire after we’d been out walking in the cold. If you’re looking for something with a cool vibe and a lot of character, give this place a look. »

« We had a wonderful stay! Our kids were thrilled with the indoor pool, and to our delight, it was actually quite warm despite the frigid temperatures outdoors. I highly recommend getting a corner room because the views were awesome! Everything was very clean and well-cared for. The room seemed newly redone. The beds were quite hard, but that was the only drawback. Excellent location and friendly, helpful staff. »

« My husband and I had a nice and delicious dinner at the hotel restaurant The Grove. We had the crab cake and salmon, each dinner came with 2 sides and mouth watering little biscuits. The waitress was very nice and gave us time to look around and decide on what our choices would be. When we ordered our delicious meals arrived promptly. We had a jacuzzi room and the jacuzzi was gigantic, so nice to sore muscles. Our experience was fantastic and we will definitely be back. »
