'We had a wonderful week at the red neck yacht club! The house was so much fun with great decks to hang out on, tons of fun stuff to check out inside and plenty of room for the whole family. The house was well stocked with everything you would need and the host was super helpful can’t wait to come back.'

'The property was as advertised. Located in a very quiet neighborhood with a small backyard. Parking was available on street and there was a space available in the back. We were informed of an issue with the garbage disposal before we arrived which did not detract from our ability to enjoy the space. We were visiting our daughter that lives in the area and would stay here agian when we return.'

'The house is beautiful and very clean. Everything you could think of is included. Tons of extra towels, pillows, blankets plus games and puzzles. The only think that could improve is the hot tub, the jet only work in one seat and all the headrest are broken. Overall a fantastic vacation and would return again '

'My family and I spent another vacation week at the Peace of Paradise Lake House hosted by Anne. Trying to find time as a family for 3 grown boys with busy careers and one married is impossible except when it comes to the Lake House. I gave them the dates and they made the time to show up. We checked on Friday and by 4:30PM the boat was at the dock and tee times were made for two rounds of golf. We have stayed at the Lake House many times and we have no intention of going to any other...

'We travelled to Va to visit Monticello, wineries and breweries for my husband's 60th birthday with 3 other couples. The house was about 20minutes from Monticello and Jefferson winery so it was a perfect location for us. We absolutely loved the farm and the house. We got to see the baby goats which were so cute! 'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the lake. SML is truly my happy place. The house had a great view of the main channel and Bridgewater Marina. Oh, and the sunsets! Wow. We always love sharing the lake with our dogs who love to swim! Would rent again if there was a floating dock. The slope is steep and riprap challenging for the dogs to get in and out of the water. Checkin was a breeze. Kitchen is well equipped. Open shelves are cute. Suggest adding shelves to the pantry so we could put food...

'Worked out well for us as we were working nearby at North Anna Nuc plant. House was great. Not much infrastructure in the area really have to go to Fredericksburg for restaurants bars and shopping. Owner was very nice and very attentive and reachable. Would definitely stay again'
