« We needed separate bedrooms, a stop that would get us through the snowy passes at the optimal times, a midway point on a long interstate road trip, calm and quiet, safe and away from noisy freeway or sketchy neighborhood s. I must have looked at 150 other options until this spot popped up.This little cabin in the woods, as the kids called it, was everything we needed. Great location,, lots of space and personality. « We loved it here and hope to come back. The river is the main character and the historic cabin makes this a perfect getaway. If you don’t appreciate a little rustic charm you may not enjoy it as much as we did. There are plenty of amenities like the hot tub and sauna. We enjoyed sitting on the deck every night and watched the spawning salmon. There were many books about the area. The host checked in on us which was so nice. We loved the area and can’t wait to return. »

« This was my first time getting anything that was not a hotel and I gotta say Rosie was amazing. She had everything you could think of and everything you forgot to think of. She also had these amazing fuzzy robes for option of purchase AND she made us some amazing homemade chilli and cornbread. She was very attentive and yet allowed us our privacy. We will 100% be staying here again! »

« The cabin was new, attractive, and had fabulous views from all but one of the windows. My teens and I enjoyed skipping rocks on the river just a few steps from the deck. The electronic keypad lock was super easy and convenient. The couch is very comfy and the TV was excellent. Easy to login to several streaming services. « This cabin was the perfect peaceful getaway. Janie went above and beyond by decorating it for Christmas, adding such a warm and festive touch. It had everything we could possibly need, with thoughtful details throughout. It truly made our stay in Medford special. Highly recommend! »

« The log structure gives the place a cabin feel but, it had plenty of space for my wife and I with 3 kids. The grounds are like a park. The location is an easy drive to Jacksonville, Ashland or Medford. The kitchen was well apportioned for making meals. Check-in/out was great. »

« Cabin was the most epic place to stay. Beautiful views from the porch. The shower it self was amazing. They had baby goats that were just the cuddly and friendly animals to see. Turtle was definitely my favorite to love on. Cant wait to go back and spend more time here. »
