Chalets à Cedar Breaks National Monument

"Belle accueil à la réception et nous avons eu la possibilité de changer notre change au premier pour être proche de la piscine. Le problème c’est que la piscine n’était pas chauffé et le spa trop chaud . La chambre était collé sur le mur du spa et un grondement toute la nuit . Peut etre des amélioration possible . Je recommande l’hôtel c’est très bien comme chambre"

"Nous avons passé deux nuits dans une chambre non fumeur qui sentait très fort le tabac froid. De plus dans la chambre il faisait chaud et elle était humide du fait que la douche fuyait énormément. A part ça la chambre était propre et proposait de bon équipement. "

"Awful experience, I got charged 6,95$ for no reason whatsoever at 3:16 am. I complained about it to the staff, that only kept pushing my request a day at the time, until I ran out of time, I’ve left the hotel on Wednesday, on complained on Tuesday, and we are Saturday. Not only that, but the sink and the shower drain weren’t working properly and clogged ! Water would go up and up. The floors were so dirty that my socks within minutes of walking in were black under. And the staff, would have calls at night in the parking lot, right in front of the rooms, and would be loud for hours. To this day I have no information about my refund, and the last time I called, they just hung up on me. Making this place to me one of the most unprofessional hotel I ever stayed in. I do not recommend this hotel."
