'Everything was wonderful. Super scenic property, close drive to lots of hikes and under 15 minutes to downtown Mount Vernon. Lots of consideration put into the property with items like a fire pit, access to cornhole, great amount of kitchen supplies, bottle of wine waiting for us in the fridge with a handwritten note! '

'This is a great getaway for a couple. Just enough room for two and the view from the cabin or from the hot tub is great. Cell service is a bit spotty but was able to still get some phone calls in. Great movie selection if you feel like just having a night in too. Great communication with the owner/manager too. '

'My husband and I wanted to get out of town and stay in a cozy cabin with our two dogs and this place was perfect for us! The area is beautiful, the host was super friendly and even left welcome treats for our dogs. We had everything we needed and were comfortable. '

'This is our fifth stay at the cabin, which I think speaks for itself. We love this property. Hot tub is welcoming, kitchen is equipped for some cooking, and the towel warmers and heated floors in the bathroom are so nice this time of year. Perfect weekend watching bald eagles fly by from the hot tub, watching movies, reading while listening to the rain and venturing into the village. '

The check in was smooth and simple, the owners have clear and useful information available throughout the cabin, as well as a wealth of info about things to do in the local area. 'I wanted a few days of solitude to reset, connect with nature, and relax and am SO glad I landed on this cabin for my retreat. Everything was as advertised and better. The view of the river from bed makes it hard to want to get up, but the thought of the even CLOSER view from the hot-tub below was motivating enough. Beautiful cozy home. I hope to be back!'

'If you've spent time in this part of the country then no description needed for the surrounding beauty. This picturesque little cabin and the grounds around the property are relaxing, well-kept and totally in keeping with the Skagit/Cascade surroundings. Inside it's cozy and organized-- you can faintly hear the creek nearby! Outside it's private and lush. Pretty special spot!!'

'Was already nice and toasty inside which was wonderful since it was freezing outside. All instructions were easy to follow getting there and inside the cabin. Very clean with a little binder that had details on anything we’d want to know. Everything stocked inside that we could need so that was a nice surprise. TV outdated and very slow, that’s the only small gripe we had. '

'My fiancé and myself got away this weekend to celebrate her birthday and celebrate life. We had just gotten really happy and positive news from a previous surgery result and want to celebrate. The house was perfect. Clean, organized. Bathrooms were a little tight but tubs were huge. Tubs probably need non-slip stickers in them because they can be slippery and cause someone to fall. The only thing that would have made the weekend perfect would have been cooperative weather. Rained a lot...

"De locatie is prima. Medewerkers zijn ook vriendelijk. Gemakkelijk parkeren dichtbij de kamer. Wij waren met 4 personen op een familiekamer. De locatie is rustig gelegen en we hebben geen geluiden gehoord van andere gasten. Er waren in eerste instantie niet voldoende handdoeken, maar die kregen we na melden direct mee. Wat ons verbaasd heeft is dat er in de omschrijving staat dat je een keuken hebt, maar er in de kamer geen pannen, onvoldoende servies en bestek aanwezig is. Koken is echt niet mogelijk. Op de begane grond stond een heel schaars geklede dame in de deuropening van een kamer. Vreemde gewaarwording, leek een prostituee."
