Les points faibles : Personnel et service et infrastructures et conditions de l’hébergement
First of all, the name of the hotel is not what is advertised therefore no one can find it. The room lock and faucet had to be replaced when we arrived. There is no hot water and when I asked, I was told that hot water is not needed in Cartagena. Pathetic! Breakfast is served from 8-10am too late for tourists like us who arrange early tours. It should be earlier as breakfast was part of the reason we chose this hotel. There were no blankets on the bed, just sheets. When I asked for one, I was told they didn’t have any. And the worst part was the manager, Alexandra. She said she would wait for us to arrive on a late international flight, but when we arrived in the neighborhood, she failed to answer the phone to give us directions so we had to rent another hotel on our first night. When I fronted her, she lied about it and never apologized. She is not an asset to the hotel! That is certain. However, the rest of the staff were very kind and accommodating.
