« The location of the home is great. The 51 steps from the beach is daunting when returning with beach gear. The home is in need of repairs. Torn cushions for example. But the number of guestrooms and baths were ideal. Site says it has everything you need for a TG dinner, not true. Reps were responsive to needs. No central ac was a problem on 80+ degrees days. « This is such a lovely home, near Carlsbad to walk for eating/coffee and soooo close to the beach! The home is really stocked with all things to have fun (beach towels, bikes, etc) and the kitchen has the items needed to cook - even has 2 refrigerators! »
