The hotel pool and restaurants located to the very north of South Seas are for hotel/resort guests only. This condo is individually owned and on the south end of South Seas adjacent to Captiva village. Besides the condo’s heated pool and white-sand beach, you will have access to the association tennis court and BBQ grills.
