« The apartment was not ready on time. We had luggage, it was raining and cold. We were not allowed in because the cleaning people had not finished!...... we were wet, cold and tired. We had to store our luggage at a separate location while we were stuck outside. Finally get in and there was a leak in the kitchen. Yes they came to fix but we walked in water for day 1.
