« This was the absolute worst experience I have had while traveling. I have visited many countries in Europe, and many cities mostly in Poland and I am not one to complain but this is an exception. First of all, there is NO AIR CONDITIONING on site. The parking lot was always full and the front desk would shrug their shoulders when I questioned where I should park. « Da vi efter 9 timers kørsel ankom lignede værtsparret et stort spørgsmålstegn. Jeg havde gudskelov printet papir på opholdet ud hjemmefra så jeg kunne fremvise det. På meget gebrokken engelsk spurgte de af flere omgange hvor mange vi var. Manden tog papiret og gik ind i et rum ved siden af hvor jeg hørte ham tale i tlf. Han kom tilbage og sagde at vi skulle sove hos hans tante som boede lidt længere henne ad vejen og hun ville komme og hente os. Vi fik ingen forklaring på hvorfor. Tanten kom og...

« The photos are misleading, they show a different facility than the one we slept in... We've got room in other (older) building with not so good conditions. The room smelled very badly of sewage, we had to ventilate it a lot. Breakfast, on the other hand, was really delicious, it compensated us for the disadvantages and we generally remember the trip well. Someone very talented takes care of the breakfast food there. »

« The hotel is a beautiful lodge in a great setting. There are views of the tall mountains on one side, ski slopes on another side, and smaller hills the other directions. Great breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. Friendly staff. We enjoyed watching the sheep grazing on the summer grass on the ski slopes. The nearby Terma Bania water park was much fun. We highly recommend this hotel. »
