Family vacation
This home was absolutely wonderful! There was so much space for the children to play, the deck was a nice place to eat and enjoy each other, and the hot tub was great for the adults to relax! We really had an amazing time and this home was so warm and cozy.

Flexible space with good options
Perfect for three siblings and their immediate family members. Each bedroom had an attached separate area for sleeping for older/younger kids. Nice ping pong table, fenced yard for dogs to roam around in, good hot tub. Nicely equipped kitchen. Worth walking the longer way around to the full beach. Great beach for exploring with driftwood, tide pools.

Pro:Great big space and easy check in. Great games and ping pong! Con: Dirty plate with food on it on arrival on floor in sun room next to bed. Some outdated decor and broken refrigerator shelving. No close beach access.

The house was perfect for our family. The two older girls loved the loft room. My wife and I slept in the glass room over the garage. It was nice with the windows open and the sea breeze. I would have given it a 5 star , except the mattresses need to be replaced.. There were two that we couldn't sleep on. But thats an easy fix. Otherwise we loved it.

Great location for short trip to Redwoods
We drove down from Portland to see the redwoods and stayed a couple of nights. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed and more. Great for kids and adults! Plenty of space to spread out and space to gather together. Kitchen had everything you could need for preparing meals, lots of counter space, good appliances, spices, oils, cutlery, everything. The only little issue we had was that the propane grill was out of gas and we planned to grill chicken but no big deal. We didn't get or find any checkout info so we tried to clean up as much as we could, loaded the dishwasher, and gathered the dirty towels for washing.

Enjoyed our stay, property could use some work
The property was clean for the most part, needs some updates. Only able to watch television on one of the 2 TVs, and it's a relatively small TV. The listing says it's a 4-bedroom, which felt like a bit of a stretch, considering there are really only 3 bedrooms. For more than 3 couples, it would be uncomfortable. However, we did enjoy our stay. The beach was close by. There are many restaurants and shops in very close proximity. The property was easy to find and the check-in was easy. Could use more than one key though. That made figuring out schedules a bit difficult when we are going different ways. The jacuzzi was great and overall, the house was very nice.

The house is in a perfect location.. It is roomy and big enough for a large family. I do wish that other people who stay in pet friendly places would pick up after their pets. All in all our stay was here was great.

So much fun!
My family & I loved our stay at this home! The ping pong table in the garage was a blast & we found ourselves playing day n night. Only downside is the beds are very uncomfortable & no one got good sleep. My only reason for 4 stars on cleanliness is because both dogs came home with fleas.

We loved this house! The kids had so much fun! The had the best hide and seek games here. The beach was a quick five minute walk and it is an amazing private beach by the river. We hope to return next year.

Super fun we will be back!
My first ever VRBO bookng, We had a great time! Poured Rain most of the time, but still made a great run of it! Hot Tubbed in the rain, had family (who are locals) over for dinner, dogs loved the yard and its well scecured, had a blast playing ping-pong. Went to local shops from Crecent City to Brookings and got souvenirs, including Ocean World and spent one moring at the Trees of Mystery! A definite must check out- a little bit of a drive its 40-45ish mins South of this house:) Found our way to the beach (seems best when tide is lower, although tides are unusually high when we were there) Cant wait to come back in the summer!

It was a wonderful summer vacation house with our children! We spent most of our days at the Chetco River playing in the water. The house has a terrific jacuzzi that we all enjoyed and a quiet street that we rode our bikes up and down with the grand daughters! One thing that could help is new beds! They were a bit uncomfortable! Other than that, we had a great time!
