'Great little gem in the heart of Kemptown. Great staff, pretty friendly and open to help or to supply new stuff by the cleaning stuff. Walkable distance to the city centre. Def gonna stay here again next time. '

'B&B is located in a quiet neigherhood at a brisk walk from Brighton. Rooms are tidy and breakfast is really a treat. Various pieces of art are scattered in the secluded garden.'

'Friendly staff but disappointed overall. There was a large window with new curtains and carpet. There was a new toilet, sink and radiator in the bathroom. But it was small and the shower itself let the place down. They have overlooked some of the basics including decent beds without headboard and gap at the end to lose your pillows.Filling the kettle at the sink was near impossible as it didn’t fit under the tap.'

'This was my first time in Brighton and I can’t believe it took me so long to visit this beautiful city. I went to support a friend for his first marathon. I stayed the weekend. This hotel is just beautiful and sits in the middle of the city. It is in perfect walking distance to everything. I was in need of nothing. Easily managed. The staff was very accommodating, helpful, friendly and polite. This hotel is only 5 or 6 rooms. It was very comfortable. The bed is nice and comfortable. Everything...

'Prima,goede locatie'

'We moesten drie trappen omhoog met al onze koffers, hulp werd niet aangeboden. Het was loeiheet dus we kwamen zwetend boven. Mijn vriend van 1.90m heeft zijn hoofd zó vaak gestoten, alle plafonds waren super laag. De badkamer was zo klein dat ik gewoon niet eens een plek voor mijn toilettas kon vinden. En het bed was klein en hard. Parkeren voor de deur was onmogelijk, we stonden 5 straten verderop. '

'Small guest house very pleasant, helpful welcoming staff. The bed was lovely and clean with soft comfy pillows 3 each. Bed was soft. The room was perfect temperature & we slept well, felt safe and secure. It was so quiet. The bathroom is tiny but we coped fine it was only one night and we had plenty of nice towels. Kettle so we could have a cuppa. Just a stones throw from the beach. '
