« We rented the entire 4 unit complex during our stay and it worked perfectly for our group. Walking distance to Canyon Lodge and on the bus route for downtown Mammoth Lakes. The large underground garage is a great benefit. »

« The property was easy to find, and close to walk into town. Check-in doesn’t require going to a front desk, they give you the door code. We had a good stay, except for 2 things: 1. The original entry to the unit is a room for stuff to make guests stay more pleasant: games, snow toys, etc; problem is you hear everyone going in/out the door as it’s a part of the unit with a locked door blocking the entrance to the unit. 2. Bathroom is weird with no fan or window, and we were wishing it was...

« This small A-frame has a living room, kitchen area, downstairs queen bed and three single beds on the loft. There is a great view of the mountain through the back windows. There is a large electric heater in the living area and a smaller one in the large bedroom. We had plenty of heat on 40ish degree mornings. Be sure to check the house guide which we didn't notice until the last day of our stay. »

« Mammoth Lakes is a wonderful place. We’ve been going there since the ‘80s. For work then play. Staying in motels, then camping at Owens River in tents then trailers and now renting cabins This has been the best stay. Although they all had their pluses . This cabin was perfect. »

« We were the landlords 1st tenants and everything went very smoothly. Communication was great from the very beginning. 2 ample sized bedrooms, a small separate living room and an additional great room upstairs with the kitchen. And plenty of private parking. Worked great for us 4. »

« Overall we were pretty happy, the condo is in a great location, priced comparable to others I have stayed at nearby. Underground parking is a HUGE plus, especially since it snowed while we were there. A little disappointed in the fact that the shutters were broken (off the window) in the main bedroom, the shower in the main bedroom was not cleaned very well (hair on the walls) and the provided canister of body wash was totally empty in both downstairs bathrooms. »

« The Four Seasons unit we stayed in was cozy and comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the back deck in the morning and evening. The weather was beautiful and we enjoyed watching the chipmunks and rabbits we saw out back. We spent the days hiking the beautiful trails at June Lake and Mammoth. We will certainly come back and stay again soon. »

« We really enjoyed our time at this property! It was spacious and clean and conveniently located steps from the lodge. It was so nice just to walk over to the slopes. At the end of the day a highlight was sitting in the hot tub as a family under the starts after a day on the mountain. I highly recommend this property and we hope to return next year! »
