'Gezellig hotel, schoonmaak kan beter. Bekers werden gebruikt teruggezet en toiletpapier niet aangevuld. Toiletborstel was erg vies'

'We were upgraded that was amazing the room was fantastic. The only issue we had was the smell from the drain in the shower we reported this and it was sorted quickly. The bath was dirty and could do with a proper good clean'

'Onze algehele ervaring met dit hotel is erg goed. Alles wat we wilden was aanwezig. Gratis parkeren, zeer makkelijk achter een slagboom. Goede wifi, de wifi was bovengemiddeld goed in dit hotel. Gratis ontbijt. Ruime kamer, de kamer was zeer ruim met extra zitgedeelte. Goede douche, erg fijne douche met lekkere dikke handdoeken. '

'Wen we arrived we had paid more to upgrade to a sea view my self and my daughter but rooms was not ready we then got our rooms and they was disgusting not even sea view bits all over the floor looked as though bed had not been made proper but they swapped them rooms was clean and lovely but ours was on the 4th floor and I had already said low floor so was not happy as I have a bad leg and hip and will not use lifts so was not happy over all entertainment was good parking was hard to find a space...

'Took 20 minutes to find hotel because it has changed names,and NO sign in windows to say this was formally gresham hotel,it is now called comfort,'

'From start to finish, absolutely perfect! I couldn’t fault anything! Staff, food, room and location all perfect! The only thing that was missing for me was slipper and a dressing gown. '
