« The front lobby was an inviting gathering place. The queen bed and sofa were perfect firmness for me. The ice/snow storm were challenging, but the lot got plowed and salted, and the staff stepped up in helping one another to assist guests and get tasks done efficiently. Jimmy (GM), Barbara, Tiffany and Tiffany (staff I had interactions with) make this hitel unique and i really appreciated that my service dog DJ was treated like a guest, as well. I look forward to my next stay. »

« L hotel est tres correct, propre, les employés sympathiques. mais le petit déj n'est plus ce qu'il était. Peu de choix. Pas de pain, que des bagels ou des gauffres. Les hamburgers petit déj sont tous les jours identiques. Donc pendant une semaine, 1 semaine oeuf saussages dans un "croissant" industriel surgelé, réchauffé. Pas top du tout. De plus, comme dans la plupart des hotels us, le nettoyage de la chambre ne se fait q'en fin de séjour. A vous de faire votre lit tous les jours. A ce prix...

« Perfect place for our family. While the interior is dated, its clean and has everything you need. Great location! Food, shopping and restaurants are close; theres a Kwik Trip and bar/restaurant/bowling ally within walking distance. My only conplaint is that the pool area was very hot/humid, but I'd prefer that over it being cold, so not really a conplaint. Would stay here again! »

« The actual accommodations were so beautiful and absolutely perfect and worth the money! However, when I arrived to check in, there was no one on site and I waited at least 30 minutes for someone to call me back after calling the number listed for the property after no instructions for check in were given by email. Once I got checked in though, the cabin was amazing, like out of a movie honestly. Pristine and beautiful down to the bedding and decor. Would stay again! »

« From the outside we were a little skeptical (old fashion motif). One step in the door and it felt like home. Warn, clean, and the lounge was PERFECT. We played cribbage and met some new friends. We will definitely be back! What a great little place! »

« The property is very dated but but is a good representation of Northern Wisconsin. This used to be a bar restaurant so you have lots of space with big commercial kitchen and bar. Bedrooms are nice. Bathrooms are okay but we did have problems with septic system which took a few days to correct. Maintenance guy was great! Even took my call on his day off.
