« Our stay at Bear Haven was amazing! The owners and property managers were so kind and oh so hospitable. The cabin was impeccably clean and so lovely. The cabin is so cozy and provided us with four wonderful days with our children and grandchildren. The TV is equipped with everything you could hope to watch and the gaming system provided us with lots of healthy and fun competition. I can't recommend this cabin enough! »

« First let me get to the cons. Which might i add, arent all that bad. It would just improve on the place. The space heater in the bedroom closest didnt seem to work. The window ac/heater didnt seem to ever go above 60. And the wall heater at the livingroom/kitchen did shut down on us. But that was expected because since the owner told us ahead of time that it may do that. « This cabin was the perfect fit for my partner, dog, and I. We loved having an enclosed backyard where our pup could walk around freely with no worries. The family room was cozy and the kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner every night. We enjoyed the addition of the Alexa feature where we could turn the backyard lights on and off and listen to music whenever we wanted. The entire place was very clean and cozy. Overall, this place was great and we will try to book again in the future. »

« Nice cozy place but it’s for 4-5 adults . The pullout couch is nicer than the one in the pictures, but not big enough for two adults and it’s hard. We had an inflatable with us, thank God. I emailed Kristen (guest contact) but never heard back, I was requesting 1-2 hour late check out because 10am is a bit early for me, specially when, they request you tidy up the place or there could be added fees. Zero communication is what I like ! »

« I came to Kookie Bears Cottage with my dog, hoping for a peaceful writing retreat, and I had just that! The cottage is warm and comfortable, well stocked and well decorated, and the location is great. It's close enough to town to pop out for dinner, yet located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It was spotless when I arrived. Overall, I have nothing but rave reviews and would love to stay at this cottage again in the future. »

« Would definitely recommend this cabin. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need - and then some. Lovely dining room table that easily doubles as a workspace. The beds were very comfy with soft sheets and warm covers. The living room was large and great to relax in. Loved the Roku tv. Nice to have access to a bbq and gas fire pit that we used a couple of times. All in all - a really wonderful place! »

« We loved the game room. That is what made this cabin a 5 star. The cabin is very cute and clean. The living area and kitchen has poor lighting. The light bulbs just need to be replaced with something stronger so guest can see better in the evening when cooking. I also love our there is a virtual check in instead of having to hustle to the office to check in like last year. Great help with that when adults are finishing up their work day.
