Agréable appartement 1 pièce relativement bien équipé, proche des transports en commun et commerces alimentaires. Bonnes communication et réactivité de Gregor et très bon accueil sur place. J'y retournerai volontiers !

Me and a friend had an excellent stay. The flat was really nicely put together, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was also really handy for simple cooking. The owners were also superb, they were very reachable and were extremely helpful with checking in. The flat is also not far from the city centre and is very near main bus routes.

einfach perfekt
Wir waren zu zweit ein Wochenende zur Berlinale in der schönen Ferienwohnung Nr. 3 Die Lage ist perfekt, nahe zu verschiedenen Haltestellen, und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, dazu ruhig gelegen da Hinterhaus. Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl, das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis ist topp, die Wohnung ist sauber, die Betten super und die Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Kurztripp benötigt (vll. bis auf eine Microwelle). Gregor ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber, der sogar Sonderwünschen (Gepäck abstellen) sehr nett entgegenkommt. Die Kommunikation klappte hervorragend und war immer besonders nett! Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder in den charmanten Altbau.

Not so bed the apartment but the position is not good
Gregor and the staff are very kind and helpfull, the communication with them before our arriving was excellent, also the check-in and the check out were ok, they allowed us to do the check-in in advance because the apartment was free. Taking in consideration that we were two men without big expectations, the apartmen isn't bed but it's quiet old, they should refurbish it and at least they should install a couple of black courtains on the windows because there is no privacy and the morning light can distrub your sleeping. From my point of view the biggest problem is the position, because it's true that there are a lot of bars, place in which you can eat and supermarket near the apartment, but you need at least 35 minutes by the public transportation to get to the city center (Mitte), you have to take at least two different kind of public transports (bus and metro usually), and even more to reach other important touristic places like check-point Charlie or Berlin wall. Also the neighborood where having fun during the night like Kreuzberg of Friedrichshain and the discos are quite far, becuase they are in the east side of the city, we needed to take Huber or Bolt every evening spending more or less 20€ to go there and other 20€ to get back to the apartment.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in der Hauptstadt
FW liegt zentral zwischen Bahnhof Zoo und Hauptbahnhof.(Bus Linie 245). So viel in Bln unterwegs. War sehr spannend und interessant. Was die FW betrifft, glaube ich, dass wohl demnächst eine Sanierung ansteht.

Good place for short trip, very quiet
We had a very good stay in Moabit. The flat is equipped with all the basics you need for a stay in Berlin. The place is very quiet, we didn´t hear nor neighbours nor traffic of any kind! Good communication with the owner. It would be nice to have some blinds on the windows for more privacy and maybe a door between kitchen/bedroom/hallway would be great.

Unterkunft ist Altbau, was wir sehr charmant fanden. Das Zimmer war absolut in Ordnung und der Kontakt zu Herrn Bauer war absolut nett und zuvorkommend. Nur Parkplatz suche gestaltete sich im Umfeld bisschen schwierig, man muss ein paar 100m laufen, aber ansonsten top und gerne wieder

Zum Übernachten reicht es, man könnte aber mal die Duschbrause erneuern, der Schlauch ist undicht und es gibt nicht mal ne Wandhalterung . Im großen ganzen war es aber sehr ruhig.

I was visiting my daughter, who is studying abroad for a semester. I was unable to stay with her because she lives in a dorm setting. I was only a five minute bus ride to her location, with the bus stop steps away from my apartment, which by the way was charming. Checking in and out could not have been more convenient. Also, the communication with the owner was so efficient and thoughtful...I feel like he would have helped me out with whatever I needed. Would recommend this location to all!

Sehr zu empfehlen… In der Google-Bewertung war ein negatives Bild dargestellt, so dass ich erst unsicher war. Aber der Besitzer hat gewechselt und nichts von den negativen Punkten tauchte auf. Die Wohnung ist sauber und hat alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht.
