« House is very cool! Location is perfect for decent privacy and a woodsy feel! We had a fire outside every night and loved it! Communication about check in and check out was easy and as expected. Unfortunately, cleanliness is a major issue when it comes to bedding and dishes. I had to strip the beds and go by laundry detergent to wash sheets. There was hair and other debris on the sheets in the master bedroom. I did not contact the owner about this, as it would have been more of an inconvenience...

« Had a great time at this property. Lots of room to spread out for a large family. Kitchen was well appointed and there was plenty of amenities. The fire pit and hot tub were great for the evenings and we enjoyed the private beach club on Lake Bellaire. Will definitely bookmark this property for another stay in the future. »

« The home was perfect for five adults! Plenty of kitchen and great room space. Loved the full bathroom in the garage too. The view inside of the house was great with the large windows. Loved the outdoor seating, firepit, paddleboard, and kayak! I don't want to rave too much or this lovely home may not be available for us next year :) »

« Had a group of 8-10 guys for a bachelor party. We spent most of our days out on the water. However, this house was more than enough space for all of us. Plenty of places to sleep, great kitchen, nice deck. Only a 10 min walk to downtown Bellaire. Perfect location. »

« The property is newly constructed and thoughtfully furnished. The layout is excellent for a large group (we were 8, two families) and there are spaces where we could all hang out together or find some privacy. Belair is a great link to the area, we did the suspension bridge at Bolne Mountain and hired a boat locally (M88) and got through to Lake Torch. If you are looking for a base to explore all that lake life has, this is it. »

« We had a large family vacation and Sparrows Nest held us all comfortably! We found it very clean and well appointed. The location is beautiful and area super fun. The swim spa was a hit with the kids though a bit more connection to the lake - beach area and/or kayak/paddle board/canoe - would make the stay even better. Thanks! »

« We really enjoyed our stay. There were 10 of us all together - 6 adults and 4 kids. Plenty of room, we did not feel crowded at all. Each of the 3 families had their own bathroom which was great. We put the largest family in the finished basement where the kids slept in the bunk beds in the main area and parents in the very large bedroom. Kitchen had everything we needed. The fire pit was nice too - it appears to be one of those smokeless fire pits so you don't smell like a bonfire after....

« The home was exactly like the pictures. Cozy, updated and a very short walk to downtown! Home was very clean and the A/C was already on when we arrived. Beds were very comfortable. Great layout for hanging out together. We especially loved the living room space and the outdoor eating area! Great array of dishes and glasses. The fenced in yard was a huge plus! We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend:) we really enjoyed the whole downtown experience! Great food and entertainment!! »

« The only complaint I have is the upstairs shower, if you are a child or a small size adult (and I mean small size)then the shower is ok but it was definitely not made to fit an average size adult. Everything else was great , all appliances worked great and the kitchen was stocked well with all needed utensils and pots and pans. Communication was excellent when ever we had a question. Almost forgot the back patio light never worked, a electrician was sent out but couldn't fix the problem. »

« The A-Frame cottage was clean, cute and just a wonderful place to stay. It’s equidistant to Sleeping Bear Dunes and Petoskey area. Traverse City is close too, but the cottage is conveniently away from the bustle of TC. Kristi is an attentive and conscientious host. We will definitely return! »
