'We left early because the pool was too warm. On the first day there, you could even say that the pool was hot because I thought it was heated at first. The listing says there are two pools so I thought maybe the non heated pool was elsewhere. It’s actually the one long pool and a jacuzzi seating as the second pool. We were told it was normal, that the sun heats up the pool. I didn’t believe it at first and thought it had to be a plumbing issue since the water was so warm even in the evening...

'Absolutely disgusting place. Unhygienic and unsafe for a child/ any family. It instantly smelt of rats and it was clear the apartment had not been cleaned. Multiple dead animals were found, including cockroaches in the shower. The utensil cupboard, which smelt horrendous, was clear that rats were living in there as multiple rat droppings would appear daily. The people were nice but I believe it was unnecessary that 3 adults (2 men and 1 women) show up, on my first night, at the door at 11pm. I...

'We stayed for 11-nights and overall we had a great time. On the first day we had issues with the rain shower (it was only trickling water, the rest of the water holes were blocked) and we communicated it to the staff. Not sure if they fixed it while we were out, but it did improve. The space is perfect for us (two people) and the bed is super comfy. There are a lot of insects in the night (moths, small flies, etc) but the property provides an electric standing zapper thing so it was not so...

'笑顔で対応してくれて基本的に気持ちよく過ごせました。 ただ、朝御飯が付いていたのですが、スタッフ間で言っていることが変わったりして、７時に部屋に用意すると言ってくれてたのに翌朝は、朝御飯付いていないと言われたり７時に調理スタッフが来るのに７時に持っていけるわけないでしょうと言われたり…コロコロ話が変わっていました。 朝食は７時から１０時の説明を受けていたし、メニュー表にも書いてありました。 そこは統一してほしいと感じました。 '
