Avoid rooms 15, 16, & 17 as due to the design of the hallway, the mosquitos have no escape and congregate there in large numbers. The 2nd floor suites are lovely. The area is residental and is very quiet. '

'No nos quedamos, decidimos irnos y buscar alguna otra opción. Primero la ubicación que manda la aplicación no es la del lugar en renta, se comunica la dueña para decirte que se equivocó en la app y que el lugar es otro sitio diferente. Segunda para poder acceder a donde está la cabaña es un camino de terracería hay una manada de perros al inicio que se avientan, el camino es pésimo no hay señalamientos y mi camioneta ya no pudo subir las pendientes muy empinadas y sin pavimentar, se patinaba por...

'We stayed in T3, the furthest from town. Large 2 bdrm condo with larger common area. Alejandro was very nice and directed us into the unit, and called a cab for us when we left. Walkable to Santa Cruz and Entrega; we walked to Crucesita once, but it was about 4 miles. Cabs are cheap. The unit smelled of mold/mildew, but opening windows and doors helped. AC works well. Biggest downside: Next door has 5 dogs, which bark randomly at all hours. The neighborhood has several dogs, and they all...

'Enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and the bed comfortable. Walking distance to town & short taxi ride to the beach. The pool was maintained & very refreshing. Desiree was very accommodating & replied promptly to questions. The kitchen was lacking some basic cooking items which we brought to Desiree’s attention. Overall a great place. '

'The property was very nice and the room was new, however, it was not properly cleaned. When we first arrived, there was someone's shaved hair on the bathroom counter and the shower was not clean. They do not provide toiletries, so please make sure to bring your own.'

'La propiedad es tal como las imágenes, es un condominio sumamente agradable, cómodo, céntrico, la alberca es muy bonita. Maricarmen, quien fue la que estuvo en contacto con nosotros es una tipaza. Todo muy bien. '

'The condo is well stocked with anything you may need, we found it in great shape and everything worked fine, deck gets a fair bit of shade which is nice. It can be a little noisy outside during the day as it is a residential property with pickle ball and the pool beside you. Nights are very quiet, Pool was nice and big, Norma was without a doubt one of the best hosts we have ever had'

"In general it was ok, but on the beach there were no beach umbrellas. And very few lounge chairs. This is something I do not understand. Such a nice place you should complete with that. We came for the beach and these kind of things are necessary. That is why we give average"
