Perfectly situated between the Camargue and the Luberon with their popular nature parks, the Alpilles attract with magnificent places like Les Baux-de-Provence or Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, which also attracts many stars and starlets. Not far away, the fine sandy beaches on the Mediterranean invite you to swim and lounge. For vacationers interested in history, several great excursion destinations await in the area, such as the unique Pont du Gard, a Roman aqueduct, which has been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, or the dreamlike source of the Sorgue. Take a detour to L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, popularly known as the Venice of Provence, which boasts a multitude of outdoor cafés along its canals as well as plenty of flea market vendors and artisans.
