2 Master Suites with King beds, one on the first floor and one on the third floor makes this home the perfect dual family location. 4 other bedrooms offer on suite bathrooms, bay views, and privacy. There are NO SINGLE BEDS or bunk beds, pillow top Queens, Kings, and Full beds only. Pure comfort.

Full price weekly rentals INCLUDE linens and towels, and beach tags.

Let us help minimize your packing. Arrive to professionally made beds with luxury linens. Bath towel packages for all guests include a bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth.

“Victory Bay” is one of several luxury locations offered by Victory Properties LLC. Watch stunning sunsets from any of the three decks. Enjoy dining with a view in the custom kitchen or al fresco outdoors.

Bedrooms on all levels ensures privacy and utilizes space perfectly.

Beautiful spot on the bay
Loved our stay here. Very spacious for 12 guests. Lovely view of the bay from balconies. You don’t need to go to the beach every day since you are right on the bay and can swim out there. Beach is just a short walk though too. Would definitely stay here again! House was very clean and kitchen stocked well.

Perfect Bay front property
This home has it all. Rooms are large, plenty of showers, back decks are set up with plenty of seating. Dock has great access to the bay. We caught fish from the dock and launched our paddle boards easily. It's set up great if you have a boat. Will definitely stay here again.

Fall family celebration
As a group of 12 adults, we needed a large house and we wanted a clean and comfortable setting. Our rental house fulfilled all of dreams! It was open and welcoming, with a spectacular view of the bay that we enjoyed day and night. The common space was generous and the rooms were all cosy with easy access to a nearby bathroom. We could not imagine a better place to connect and hang out for our fall reunion. The property manager was attentive and quick to answer all along the process. Our group wholeheartedly recommends this property at any time of the year!
