"Very clean and comfy beds.. I gave it 4 stars due to being located directly behind a nightclub where there were naked men on drag queen night with the doors wide open. Making it not a very family friendly environment. The house itself was a good stay and right on the main boardwalk strip."

The kids enjoyed fishing and the water (even though it was cold) - access to the water was a little rough due to erosion, (rocky and not really a easy access) but view was beautiful. Short drive to the Grand River Valley Wineries for the afternoon with our pup, then dropped him off at the house and was able to walk to the park (with the beach) and the beautiful Vincent Williams Winery for date night. Nice fenced in backyard with very friendly neighbors. House has everything for a relaxing getaway."

"Not trying to be rude but the drinking cups in the kitchen had coffee grounds in some of them. There were ants everywhere! We found clothes from a former renter on the floor in the bedroom....towels were clean and smelled nice but overall the inside and outside of the home was not clean "

"Lesa was amazing to work with. The house was clean and beautiful. The yard is large and completely fenced in. We came to Geneva for a 21st birthday for my son, but we will definitely be back with our family. I would stay here anytime!"
