Fantastic!
This was already our third stay in this apartment. We stayed for three weeks and had again a fantastic time. Excellent location, close to the best beach, bars and restaurants. The apartment is comfortable and has all you need. The beds are good, the airconditioning works perfect and it is really nice to have a washing machine. There is a nice swimming pool with enough space and sunbeds. The apartment complex is very clean and quiet. David arranged a few extra cleaning sessions during our stay on our request. He reacts very promptly on any question. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. We would recommend this property to anyone. Thanks David.

Excellent!
This was our second stay in the apartment. We stayed for three weeks and had a fantastic time. Excellent location, close to the best beach, bars and restaurants. The apartment was updated very nicely since our previous visit in september/october 2017. It is painted completely, has a new very comfortable sofa, a new bed (we slept perfectly),new tableware, new curtains and not to forget an air conditioning machine was installed. The apartment was clean, comfortable and it has everything that you need. We did not use the kitchen equipment, because there are plenty of good restaurants in the neighbourhood covering all tastes and budgets. The apartment is perfect for two. Large balcony with sun from lunch time till sunset. Complete with sunbeds an a nice view on the lovely well kept pool area. David also reacts very promptly on any question. He arranged a few additional cleaning services for us during our stay. Also, considering all the changes made to the apartment do indicate that David takes the reviews seriously. The apartment looks neat and very homely with the new sofa, cushions, curtains, etc. Really good choice! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely like to stay here again the next time we will visit Tenerife. We would recommend this property to anyone. Thanks David

Afgeleefd, vuil, schimmel in douche en wasmachine, onvoldoende en kapot keuken gerief.
Bij aankomst, schimmel in douche en aan rubber in wasmachine. 1 stel handdoeken en 1 stel lakens. Na reclamatie, hebben ze een stel kapotte lakens en handdoeken bij geleverd. Waterkoker vuil, vettig en vol kalk. Schimmel aan buiten luifel. Ontbrekend deksel afloop balkon. Ventilator in de living, volledig in onbalans, valt er een van de dagen af. Onvoldoende keuken gerei...vb 4 kleine lepels (allemaal verschillende maten). Dozen opener die niet werkt, allemaal verschillende glazen en borden. Koffie apparaat zonder de kan. Grondventilator die uiteen valt. Ijskast die u s' nachts wakker houdt van het lawaai. Deksel van de zekeringskast is vast geplakt met tape (veiligheid...….). Vuil of schimmel thv van de deurposten en slaapkamer kast. Verscheidene klevers thv schakelaars die verwijzen naar ……….. Kast voor schakelaar, die op zichzelf niet goed sluit. Totaal geen schapjes in de badkamer en douche, geen aftrekkertje in de douche. Kapotte gordijnen. Afblottende en overschilderde plinten. Vuil in de keukenkasten en elektrische oven bij aankomst. Vuil of schimmel onderaan plint van de keuken kast. Kraan in de badkamer, spuit naar alle kanten vanwege kalk in het filtertje. Bij gebrek aan wat gereedschap kon ik het zelf niet reinigen, hetzelfde met een loszittende steel van een pan. Alles vastgelegd met foto's en korte filmpjes. Zo goed als geen Wifi, storing op TV enz. Dringend nood aan een volledige renovatie, zeker naar aanleiding van veiligheid en gezondheid...…..vanwege niet kunnen afsluiten van zekeringskast en schimmel in douche en wasmachine. Het complex, Royal Garden niets slecht, goede ligging, rustig enz, alleen het appartement deugt niet.

Excellent!
Excellent location, close to the best beach, bars and restaurants. We have been to Tenerife many times, but this is the best location. The apartment was as expected from the description and pictures on the site. The balcony was even larger as expected and really sunny in the afternoon. The apartment was clean, comfortable and it had everything that you needed. We stayed for almost 3 weeks and David arranged a few additional cleaning services for us (at reasonable costs). The pool area was nice and peaceful. There were enough sunbeds, but still a lot of sunbeds were reservered (towels dropped) early in the morning. We enjoyed our stay here and would love to return here the next time. Thanks David.

Fabulous stay.
The location of the property is excellent. Close to beach, bars & restaurants. The apartment is perfect for 2 people comfortably. More drawers for clothing would help but otherwise we managed. The fully equipped apartment is a little dated but otherwise it is very comfortable. Host was very accommodating us with a later check out which we appreciated. View from the balcony over the pool was lovely. Already booked to return twice next year & looking at a third booking. Thank you David.

The apartment is a bit dated but comfortable. It’s a good size with comfortable furniture. Sun on the balcony from mid day and really good loungers. Very good power shower and hot water. Missing an anti slip mat. Mid wee clean and change of towels and bed linen incurred an additional cost of £50. Very small t.v with limited English channels. Great location. Yes we would stay again.

Fabulous location and stay!
We had a wonderful stay in David's apartment at TRG. The location couldn't be better with two lovely beaches to choose from, both within a minute's walk from the complex. Shops, supermarkets, excursion booking, bars, restaurants & e-scooter hire are right on your doorstep. Despite all of these amenities, the apartment is very quiet at night ensuring that we all slept well. The complex is lovely with a beautiful swimming pool that the balcony overlooks and a sea view to the left. You are on the first floor so high enough up to ensure it is not noisy in the daytime and we felt safe at night to leave the balcony door open if we wanted to. There is a pool bar and restaurant on-site, plus pool & air hockey tables. Plenty of space & sun beds around the pool too. The apartment itself is equipped with everything you need to make a comfortable stay. My partner and I were with my teenage son and his friend and we managed fine in the space if you are wondering if it's big enough for 4 people. The balcony is quite spacious so that acts as an extra room in the daytime & is well equipped with table, chairs & even sunbeds. There is a lift almost directly outside the apartment so handy for when you have your suitcases. David provides you with the security code for the gates so you have a choice of ways to get into the complex. If you have a car, parking is very limited in the daytime, but there is a small free car park to the left by the beach, if you hang around you can often get a spa

Upon arrival the cleaner told us the shower was broken but they fixed it, we were pleased, but it was fixed with a cable tie so immediately broke again, we told the host but were happy to work around it, later we also found the shower cubicle in particular was dirty, the pillows were stained brown from sweat, the hob didn’t work and one of the sunloungers leg was broken, the host was responsive to emails regarding these problems, but unfortunately for us they were only rectified by the end of our stay, but the next guest will benefit, Location is excellent and checking in was easy, great air conditioning
