Small brick house, 10 m from the main building: ground floor: 1 room with 2 french beds. Lower first floor: 1 bathroom with shower. Simple but at the same time practical furnishings. Baby crib and high chair available. Distances: About 45 km from both the ancient university town of Urbino, one of the most culturally interesting towns in the Marche region, and Gubbio, one of the most beautiful towns in Umbria. Città di Castello 27 km, Arezzo 60 km, the sandy beaches of the Adriatic coast (Fano) about 70 km (about 1 hour by highway). Stores of all kinds and supermarket 5 km, and within 5 km restaurants and pizzerias. The friendly owners are also managers of a wellness center about 20 km away, with thermal baths, sports facilities and medical professionals.
