Booked the family suite for one night. Bathrooms in vay condition so we did not shower. Towels with blood spots. In General an old hotel . Staff did not make anything up. No refund and nothing done so that we eould gave a great stay i wtote a letter to the manager by check out....never went back to me. So spent do much money. What a nightmare

3-Day summer breakaway
We had a good experience at the V Hotel. The bedroom was neat and clean. The bed was comfortable and the WiFi was superb. Housekeeping gentleman was friendly and helpful when asked to sort out the fridge that wasn't working due to a broken plug. Shower water was luke warm in the morning. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly in the dining area. The swimming pool on the rooftop was good, patrons were respectful. It was worth the money spent.

Not a good experience
That was an average. The hotel and room conditions are not the best. There was an intense smoking smell, even in the lift. There are too much people coming in because of the bars and nightclubs that were there.

Room space was fine but sofas, carpet, beds, blankets, bellows were not clean (full of spots). Spent 2 hours chasing lizard inside the room. Photos used in the booking platform were misleading since they were taken when hotel was new or photoshop was done on them. Reality of the hotel status is worst. Old and not so clean. Gym was full of dust and closed, but can be opened by getting the key from reception.

A decent hotel with good location. There is a public beach right across the street and another one 5 minutes away by car (was closed for construction work unfortunately). Room was clean except from some stains on the carpet.

Check in was horrible and it took around 2 hours as there was no available rooms and we had to stand in the line for very long hours. Junior suite was spacious but the cleanliness level was horrible and unacceptable. We can't keep anything in the cupboard as it was smelly. Staff were very helpful and trying their best to help us as well as all guests. Honestly only team is super great in this hotel.

the hotel has seen better days. The bright spot was the helpful and polite hotel workers, they are the asset of the organization! they have a rough task of keeping everything together. The hotel looks understaffed and feels chaotic. getting on the elevator feels like a competition-often packed during peek hours and very slow. Rooms can use a new paint job as our walls, couches, rugs all had stains. Ideal for a quick night and to let the kids run wild, we booked three nights and stayed two. If we didn’t have to stay in the area, we’d might have only stayed one.

Not a good hotel
I stayed for two night and it was basically chaos the whole time. - The room smelled unfresh - Room was not cleaned properly. Cigarett ashes left on the window sill. - It was chaos in the lobby. The check in did not go smoothly. My room was not ready, even though I arrived around 6pm. I had to wait til the next day until I could get the room that I booked (got a simpler room the first night). No compensation! - One of the elevators was not working. - The AC in the room was not working properly. - Only one towel in the whole room. - The parking lot was only gravel and it was chaos, cars parked on top of each other. - No remote for the TV. - The lifts took forever. - The hotel entrance gate was out of order. - The breakfast was chaos. Not enough seats for everyone that was there. The food stations where empty, probably because the place was understaffed.

Check-in process was horrendously chaotic. had to wait 45+ minutes to check-in😠. lifts in the hotel are few , old , noisy and slow😡.Have to wait at least 15-20 minutes to get the lift just to get to or from the room😡. Room condition was fine. but not enough towels 😡. don't bother booking with breakfast coz you will have better option in some cheap cafeteria.

Did an overnight trip with some friends and did the 2Bedroom Apt . This Apartment had the view as well as the comfort . What was missing in the rooms /Bathrooms were hand towels also the fridge cooling was not upto the mark and the restaurant food could definately improve. However we had an excellent stay and some great service would recommend if you prefer staying in the city .

كانت إقامة سيئة للغاية منذ الوصول والتعامل مع موظف الإستقبال الفلبينى ذو الطابع المستفذ وغير المتعاون مروراً بالغرفة التى كانت تمتلىء برائحة الدخان مع طلبى بغرفة لغير المدخنين لأنى مصابه بالربو ومعى اطفال والإضاءة أمام الغرفة لا تعمل وكل هذا اضرنى للنزول مره اخرى للإستقبال لوجود حل وبعد وقت تم تغير الغرفه لغرفه اسوء بجانب مبنى قيد الإنشاء ولم نستطيع النوم هذه اليليه من الأعمال فى المبنى والإزعاج المتواصل واكثر من مره نطلب بطانية للأولاد لان الجو كان بارداً ولم يستجب أحد وعندما طلبنا خدمة الغرف لتنظيف الغرفه مان الرد بأنهم يسلمونها نظيفه ولا يأتون مره ثانيه الا لو كنا سوف نمد الإقامه ليوم ثانى نصيحة للجميع إبتعدوا عن هذا المكان ( ولا يصلح أن اسميه فندق ) السيىء بالإضافه طبعاً أنه ليس مكان مناسب إطلاقاً للعائلات فبه ٦ مراقص والوضع غير أخلاقى بالمرة ملحوظه مرفق صورتين من شباك الغرفة

This review is by no means a reflection on the staff, but rather the management in charge of booking. At our arrival, there were close to four or five displeased families with children and luggage, most of whom were sitting in the lobby with husbands standing in line, trying to get checked in. We were all being told the same thing: please be patient your rooms are not ready yet. It was 1645 with check in starting at 1500. The overall impression everyone standing in line got was that the hotel overbooked the rooms with hope of cancellations. And this was the middle of the busy holiday week. Throughout this hour long process (for us), and I was told several hour long wait for others, the front desk staff handled the situation they were put in with professionalism and zero display of frustration. My hat is off to them. I couldn’t have done it. We were checked in an hour later, and our room appeared to be readied just before we got into the elevator. Unfortunately, it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly and it was noticeable. The amenities, however, were adequate with linens and towels being cleaned. I really admired the hard working staff, but would prefer to stay somewhere else next time.

Really bad experience
I arrive with a preboking and had to wait 20 minute to get to my room. The room was on the 6th floor and I still could hear the nightclub music. The room had sewage smell and their solution was to spray the room with a refresher For 10 MINUTES!!!

Everything is worth it, from the staff to the hotel location and condition. The Filipino club on the 19th floor is a must go if you wanna chill while listening to a live band. They can sing and play almost anything you had like, even in different languages.

Not what I expected
This hotel is relatively new in the city. Name changed to V hotel (used to be Landmark) and management i think also changed. 3 night clubs are there. During my stay I was in 3rd floor where was able to hear music from clubs. Try to get higher floor, noise may be less. Room was very clean, good size. Toilet also was clean. Two things I needed but were not available, slippers and cloths hangers. I didn't request for that however.

Check in was quick, but the staff member on the desk was rude. Didn’t tell us how to get to our room, no information about breakfast or other facilities in the hotel. Staff at breakfast were pleasant. Breakfast was ok, not amazing but alright! The pool was out of action (no staff had told us this) it was filled with about a foot of stagnant water. Although if it was working I guess there would be nowhere to sit anyway... there’s about 8 sun loungers. We asked the guy on the concierge desk where we could go for food as the ‘24/7’ restaurant in the hotel didn’t open until 8pm... we were told ‘do you like kfc?’ The area itself is a bit run down so I expect it’s one of the better hotels in the area unless you travel to al aqah to the resorts. The room itself was pleasant. Large, comfy bed and tea and coffee provided. Bathroom a bit out-dated but it was functional. Regular travellers, couple aged 27 and 30.

very nice staycation
A value for money place to stay. While brand new, the place is fully ready. Well located in the centre of the city and close to the corniche at the same time. Staff are very kind and helpful. All amenities are up and working. you dont even need to get out to have a nice evening as the hotel has its own venues to entertain you.Just go check the Filipino band on the 19th floor. They can sing and play almost anything you like. I ll go back there anytime.
