Cottages in Achill Island

'We had a very nice time even though the location was not quite as convenient to amenities as expected. The only negative was the cottage was cool in the evening and overnight. We mentioned this but owner said there were extra blankets, however we couldn’t see how that helped unless we were in bed. We also did not like the fact that all the furniture was shrouded in covers.'

Gillian, who met me, was helpful, friendly and efficient and gave me some good advice about the area. Matresses were a bit basic.
