'This is an amazing hotel on Bocagrande. Where all other hotels strive to become modern and so called newly designed, this hotel kept the old and luxurious atmosphere of the Caribbean and it's grandeur. The people who work there are really friendly and do it with a personal touch, recocnizing and remembering your needs. 'Hotel is very conveniently situated in the old city of Cartagena. It’s and old convent that has been transformed into a hotel. For Colombia it’s an extremely expensive hotel but it’s a nice experience to be pampered and well looked after. Room was nice and comfortable, although the hotel and rooms show some signs of wear and tear. So the hotel management shouldn’t forget to continue to invest in maintenance. But in summary: we had a great stay.'
