'Prachtig groot appartement met veranda en schitterend uitzicht. Helaas wel erg koud. Er is vloerverwarming maar alleen in de slaapkamers. De vloerverwarming kwam heel langzaam om gang en het lukte niet om het huisje goed te verwarmen. De boiler lekte, de keukenvloer stond onder water. Duurde erg lang voordat dat verholpen werd. Niet erg vriendelijke service. Wel heerlijke bedden en prachtige badkamers, en een open haard met een mand met hout die we natuurlijk helemaal hebben opgestookt...'

'On this website this hotel is a PET FRIENDLY property. We booked a Pet Friendly room but upon arrival were told the room we booked was not pet friendly. They wanted us to move to a much smaller room which we refused to do. They then told us that we would not be allowed in the dining or bar area with our puppy and if we wanted to order anything we would have to stay in our room and order room service. However, there is a shared kitchen which is available to prepare any other meals…it is not in good condition at all and needs some serious TLC if the space is to be offered for guest use. For example the oven is FILTHY, the sink is perpetually full of used, dirty dishes and cutlery/crockery/glasses/cookware all need to be upgraded/replaced. 'We were there to book in at 14:00 when we could book in, our room was not ready! It was not cleaned yet and we had to get ready for a wedding!! We had to wait till 14:50 till they were done cleaning and had to be atvthe wedsing T 16:00. We had to do our make up outside in the heat and was sweating because they were busy and we could not so it in the room with the aircon on. I had to rush doing my and my daughters hair. We were not impressed at all!'
