« Very good location and near to lots of tourist attractions and eateries. Its strange although we were told that nearby construction works in progress from 8am to 8pm. However the construction works starts late like 9pm or 10pm into wee hours, ridiculous. So be warned if construction works still ongoing, best to avoid for now. Overall a great hotel equipped with washer/dryer and kitchen, but the bathroom especially the bathroom bathing area, a little worn out with brown stain. »

« Beautiful property and amazing hospitality. We were only here for 2 nights but felt right at home. Frankie took care of everything even before we arrived to Zhangjiajie and arranged for our entire trip from start to finish, including daily transport in and out of the park, and our wonderful dinner one of the nights. We even sang karaoke on our last night. Its a lot of fun! I highly recommend if anyone is considering. The west entrance is also quiet and away from the crowds for a quiet retreat. »

« It is the worst. We have to sign a contract that we promise that will leave before 12:00. And the water inside the room is 68 RMB/pc, just normal Evian; the room is not clean at all, no windows can be opened for fresh air; swimming pool is very small; breakfast is very noisy and a lot of people and very less to eat; this hotel is crazy for money!!! »
